Broken Rear Window Wiper... What To Do?

Hi guys,

My 2007 RX lexus 400h has a broken rear window wiper. Actually, someone ripped it off of the window. I was wondering what I can do to replace it. I've been searching online for a replacement, but all I find are the wiper blades. I think I need to also get the wiper arm to fit the blade with, but it seems impossible to find, even on the internet. Is it even possible to buy the setup?
