Check Engine; Cylinder 1 Misfire

My check engine dash light came on, the local auto parts read it as 'cylinder 1 misfire'

Any advice? Thank you in advance. It's on my 1997 Lexus ES300 with 220K miles.

My car had the same code, one of the spark plug coils was bad, I went to lexus to get it fixed. I didnt want to go a local car shop and have them fix it by trial and error, but you can save some money and just do it yourself, after you have the code read out, its either the spark plug or the coil thats bad.
