Help With Sourcing Parts For 2000 Lexus Rx300

hello i need help finding an exterior piece for a lexus rx300 if you look in the picture youll see two pieces (i guess u can call the plastic side mouldings) on the lower part of the front door and rear door, can anyone tell me the correct term for those two pieces and where i can find replacements to buy? id really appreciate it. thanks
