Click Sound When Turning The Steering If Turn Signal Is Applied

My 07 ES350 is having a click sound when I turn the steering, only if the turn signal is applied. I saw that there is "TSIB ST001-07 (2007 LEXUS ES 350): STEERING INTERMEDIATE SHAFT NOISE" but that has nothing to do with turn signal.

Does anyone know if that is normal or not? Thanks!

100% normal. Every car I have ever had makes a clicking sound when turning the wheel when the turnsignal is on, its part of the mechanism that turns the turn signal off when the turn is completed.
