schwartz Posted March 29, 2010 Posted March 29, 2010 My 05 GX just hit 75K and is obviously well past the the 60K change interval. I'm somewhat handy in that I've changed my oil, air filters, etc. I'm wondering if this is a worthwile DIY project. My dealer has quoted $79 for a drain and fill and $149 for a flush and fill. Should I give it a try or just spend the $ to have it done professionally. Any guidance would be most appreciated. Thanks!

A drain only lets out a minimal amount. Most of the oil is in the torque converter.
