Currently drinking a beer celebrating completion of the job...took me 3 hours. The new lower ball joints were made in Japan purchased through Napa $159.00 plus tax and even have a grease fitting...the ones on the car did not. You definately gotta' have a screw type separator for the tie rod arm and also a tuning fork separator for the lower ball joints. A 5 pound hammer is a plus! Another must is a piece of pipe over a foot long on the handle of your 1/2 drive breaker bar for more leverage. An impact wrench would have been real handy.
