Speaker Sizes In 99 Gs300 Doors

I am in the process of upgrading my system in my 1999 gs300 and I wanted to know if anyone else had replaced their speakers in the doors and if so what year and model was their car and what size speakers did you use.

Front Doors

Speaker Opening Size = 5 1/4"

Speaker Depth = 3"

Rear Doors

Speaker Opening Size = 6 1/2"

Speaker Depth = 3"

I found this information on www.mobiletoys.com. Can anyone who has replaced their speakers with aftermarket speakers confirm this?
