Es300 2000 Charcoal Canister Recall

SKPerformance mentions "Their is recalls out for the charcoal canister having problems so if you replaced yours go to lexus and see what they can do."

Does this apply to 2000 ES300 model? Mine has 160K miles on it, does it still qualify for the recall. I recently got P0441, P0446 and i wonder if these are related to the recall (if any).
