Mark Levinson In 2007 Es350 Can't Play Dvd

We have the Ultra Luxury package with Mark Levinson Audio/Navigation. It says DTS, Dolby, DVD on the face plate, and DVD Changer on the audio screen. However, it won't play a DVD. When the disk is entered, is says "Check Disk" (tried several). While the emergency brake is on per the instructions, is there anything else that needs to be done?

Sounds like you're due for a trip to the dealer. Did it ever play? Is this a new car? Region locked?
