92 Sc400 Wont Start After Engine Swap

Ok guys if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated. I was handed down a Beautiful SC that had very high mileage. i decided to make a 2JZ swap with the car. i did the swap and it wouldnt crank with the key so i had to do some rewiring to an aftermarket switch to get it to crank. the motor never ran right so i gave up took it out and bout a lexus V8 from a buddy at the lexus shop. now that i have the motor in my car everything is working correctly but only problem is im still not able to crank it with the key. everything has fire. ignition switch, coils, starter, etc. i even checked the P/N safety switch to see if that may be the case. nothing has worked and its driving me crazy . Any ideas on why the car wouldnt crank with the key??
