Dome Light Stays On

I have a 2000 Ls400.

i started the car and the dome lights turn off like they're suppose to.

then like 30 sec later they turned back on for some reason. the dome lights and the foot lights turn on and stay on.

when i put the switch on door, off, and on and they still stay on! the fact that the lights are on on the "off" position freaks me out.

also when i have it on "off" the foot lights turn off but the dome light stays on. then when its on door all of them are on.

i even tried opening and closing the doors but that wouldn't work. the car doesnt say any of the doors are open but the lights stay on.

it stays on while the car is off to now. so i took the fuse out for now.

the fuse is fine i checked it already.

what should i do?
