bstew
The glass/plastic display covers on my 2002 clmate control and radio are getting spotty from the inside and am wondering if anyone has ever changed theirs.
aquanuke
You sure its not on the outside, if so then ... Its covered with a anti reflective film. Theres no point replacing as one its very very expensive, two it will just the do same again and three it does not really work at reducing glare. Just get some household polish and you can remove the whole lot leaving it perfect.
Brandon6976
I noticed mine has a bit of those spots but thought nothing of it. What type of polish could be used on it ?

bstew
The glass/plastic display covers on my 2002 clmate control and radio are getting spotty from the inside and am wondering if anyone has ever changed theirs. I took the sharp corner of a razor blade, pryed at the corner and the plastic cover came out very easily and yes it was dirty on the inside. A little Windex and replaced it. There was enough adhesive left on the unit itself to hold it in place very nicely. Now the display is bright and clear.
