mariog207
Hey Newbe here, I want to replace the Timing Belt in A 1992 Lexus ES 300, That I am getting this week, not sure how many miles on it, but my brother is passing it down to me, Father baught it brand new, gave to my brother a few years ago, been well maintained through its lifetime. My brother just says the with milage on it, it may be time to replace the timing belt. The shops want 750.00 for Timing chain replacemen, and 1250.00 for the package water pump, thermostat, pulleys, belts etc. I don't have a manual, and can't find one at the autostores around here right now. Next week or so, I can go to library and look at AllData.com and print out pics, But I had subscribed to that site before (Hated IT, Waste of money.) or order A manual online, but I am eager to tackle this Job, love working on cars, and need to know if anyone has the replacing timing belt pages fromt the manual, you could post up. Thanks Mario
