2002 Lexus Rx300 Cupholders

Hi All,

Sorry if this has been covered before but has anyone found a way to improve the (IMHO) woefully inadequate cupholders in the 2002 RX300. By wife just switched from an 02 Highlander to an 02 Lexus and finds the cupholders lacking. The HL had a deeeeep well in the console for two drinks. The Lexus has that flimsy foldout top and the ineffective insert in the pull out draws.

I know some will say you shouldn't drink big drinks in the car. What can I say, remember "if momma ain't happy ain't nobody happy!"

I'd like to find a place to mount a holder like the one mounted in the middle of the back seat. Any one do that?

fabricate your own, or take one from another car and place it in the top drawer (just wont be able to close it)
