New Problem Power Seat Backrest Wont Work

My 1992 sc400 power seat moves front and back just find. Lumbar works.

But the BACK of the drivers seat doesnt tilt(power).

Anyone has this problem? I been searching this board but found only the foward/back power problem, not this Back rest power tilt problem
