Factory Amp Cut Out Of My Es300.can I Re-install One To Make Life Easi

hi another mobile video question for the experts.ok i bought my es300 with no radio in it.the previous owner had some type of system in it subs amps all that.when i bought an aftermarket radio and tried to hook it up the speakers werent working so i took a look under the passenger seat and realized the dope cut out the factory amp he snipped all the wires and taped them off.i had to hard-wire the speakers to the radios harness wires which is fine but i couldnt hook the door speakers up since i couldnt run the wires through the doors to connect.

now my question is would it be possible for me to purchase a factory es300 amp and rewire the amp to the car and then will i be able to listen through all my speakers.he has some pretty nice component speakers in the doors.but i cant use them as of right now.please any and all help would be great guys thank you
