Severe Weather Alert Notification

Have a 2010 RX350. The severe weather alert notification comes on all the time anouncing "severe weather" even when the sun is shining with no weather problems. My question is, how do I turn off this feature. My dealers service dept doesn't know how to do this. Anyone else have this problem?
