Engine Block Coolant Drain Plugs

i have a 1997 es300 i want to drain and refill the coolant , i have a chiltons manual that shows a picture of a coolant drain plug on the engine block on the front side of the block it is easy to see and get to, however it states there is a drain plug on each side of the block? doe sanyone know where this other plug is because i cant find it. i removed the air cleaner assembly to get a better look back there and still couldnt see anything. another question the plug i do see looks as if it could be threaded out of the block but there is another screw in the top of it, which one do i turn to drain the coolant, any pics would help as well, thank you.
