Early 90's Sc400

Hey guys,

First post here.

I'm looking into buying an early 90's SC400 within the next few weeks.

I was hoping to get some advice on what to look for with regards to potential problems that I should look for.

My budget: $3000.- $4000.

Ideal purchase: White with Tan Interior (and Sunroof)

I've come across a few that are in incredible shape for cars that are around 15 years old.

Of course, being high end cars, most seem to have been well maintained and garaged.

I think that it is the best bang for the buck money-wise, that it's styling is still hot and that it's reputation

for reliability and quality definitely satisfy that side of my brain that keeps me away from Jaguars!

On top of that, after all these years, I still get the same feeling when I look at them.

And that's a good thing...to be in a car that makes you happy.

That you can count on it as a daily driver that won't give you headaches?

Well, that's just gravy.

The only exterior mods I'd do to it would be projector lights, tasteful window tinting and a set of 20's.

That's pretty much it.

It's simple enough.
