Center Console On The Blink

Hi all,

I have a 1993 LS400 and over the past few months a these few things have started malfunctioning

1. The ac made clicking noises when temp was turned below 69. then there were moments when the AC/Heater would work intermittently and now it won't turn on at all.

2. The radio has been turning off and on and when i put a tape in the deck or tried to go to the cd player mode, I got an error message. Now the radio does not turn on at all

3. controls for the power mirrors no longer work

I have had all the fuses checked and they are all good. Any help or a link in the right directions would be greatly appreciated.
