Merit
Looking at an 06 ES. Just under 11,000 miles. Price is $22,900. It's in the Midwest. KBB says retail is 22,100, but the 22,900 price is very competitive from what I've seen around here. Thoughts? Does the 06 suffer from the transmission hesitation from some of the previous years? Looked through the hesitation thread, but didn't see many references to the 06 ES' Dealer says it comes with Dynamic Stability Control - Is this the same as VSC? - which is important. AVS? How can I verify these when I go see the car? Any other advice on what to look and feel for? Thanks for any input.
Lexusfreak
Welcome Merit! The AVS is will have a toggle type switch on the center console by the gear shift to adjust the suspension settings....if this ES has this feature, it should have pretty much everything......does it have nav? I am pretty sure that was a stand alone option....at least up here in Canada. Maybe this link will help you out... http://www.lexus.com/cpo/model_library/ES/2006.html The price does not seem unreasonable. Good luck!
