mktbully Posted January 1, 2004 Posted January 1, 2004 i'm talking about the stock wheels. what's the difference between wheels off the SC300 and the SC400 98-99 years. is it the 5 spoke 16" wheels? are the wheels same between SC300 and SC400 around those years? Thanks! Dan
K9crew Posted January 2, 2004 Posted January 2, 2004 I'm not sure about the difference between '98 and '99 stock rims but I was surprised to see some very nice stock '98 SC rims on eBay that are 16 x 6J. The stock rims on my '95 SC400 are 16 x 6.5J so it made me wonder if the seller made a mistake or if there really is a difference between the two years. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=2448173630
K9crew Posted January 2, 2004 Posted January 2, 2004 HA!! I just read the seller's description again and he made a revision with the correct size listed as 16 x 6.5J. When I first saw the item the rims were described as 16 x 6J. Well, I guess that answers my question.
mktbully Posted January 2, 2004 Author Posted January 2, 2004 so that rim is the same for the 98 SC300 AND SC400?
