Just got a 1993 Sc300 a few days ago and have already started to plan what I'm going to do. I plan on swapping the engine to a 2jz-gte. I'm going to buy the engine off of a jdm website so it will come with a tranny ecu harness and all that stuff. I plan on having around 750 hp when it is all said and done. On to the questions.

1. What are some things that are semi-cheap that will add more power that will be replaced when I make the swap. Also what are some things I can do now to add more power that I will not replace during swap.

2. What are some things I should know before I go into the swap. I'm either going to do it myself with the help of a few friends or going to go to lincon tech because they offer a service for the students where all I will have to do is pay for parts and they do the labor for free.
