Timing Belt

90,000 miles or 7 years.........

Perform a search, there is tons of info on this site regarding LS400 timing belts & service.

I had not heard of the "7-years" before.

I don't drive very much, and I've had the car for 10 years (used LS400). Last change was at 88K by dealer where I bought it, currently at 162K so its close to being due but based on my annual mileage, I could wait a a couple of years (I was thinking of doing the TB/WP at about 170K). Or should I have already done this or not wait and do it now -- probably be Jan-Feb?
