HARchevy Posted October 27, 2008 Share Posted October 27, 2008 My transmission shifts into neutral occasionally and I can just pull the shift lever back slightly and it will go back into drive. Is this the same problem as the "neutralizing" issue that has been talked about so often on this forum? Could it be a prelude to a transmission failure? Would someone have a procedure for adjusting the lever? My shop Lexus manual says there is a procdure on page DI-216 but I do not have it.
