I am do for an oil change but don't have time to get it done at the Lexus service center before leaving for a 600 mile trip tomorrow night. I would call around to local Toyota dealers and see if they offer an "express oil change". Several around here do. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I believe the Avalon has the same engine so they should stock your filter cartridge.
