how to remove fuse box to get in the side of wires?

i have LS400 model 2000

i want my foglights to be turned on anytime independent of the headlights, so first of all ...

Can someone show me how to remove the fuse box and how to get to the back side (side where wires are connected) of it....

i had attached some picture of my car's fuse box please help!

This is a big pain as the fog light relay is under the dash by the drivers shin's.

In this thread you can see there is a walk through for 95-97, however it WILL NOT work for 98-00. There is a difference in wiring and it will cause things to fail. I'm not sure on a procedure for UCF20-II.

You might get better answers if you ask on CL.
