Adding One Brand Of Synthetic Oil To Another

My oil is running about a quart low. I use 5-30 mobile 1 synthetic. I have no more mobile one but do have about a quart of Pennzoil full synthetic 5-30 that my brother has left over. I plan to change my oil (6K) in a couple of weeks. Is it OK to use the Pennzoil since it is the exact same type of oil and weight except a different brand?

Sorry that i wasn't clear - 6k is what I currently have gone between oil changes.

don't really worry about it- as long as you're not mixing synthetic and non-synthetic. every oil comes from the same barrel from refinery, later they just name (and charge for them ) differently. It's like name brand and generic medicine :D
