Air Conditioning Blower

I have a 2001 RX300. The center blowers are not working. All the air is blowing through the vents near the windshield and the left vent on drivers side. The air is still cold so I know it is not the compressor. Any ideas on the problem? I would like to go to the dealer or repair shop educated.

Thanks, my husband just disconnected the battery, it worked for a minute and stopped. I'll take the other directions to my guy at Meineke who usually works on my car, not sure my husband is ready to tackle that. :)
