hello everyone.. my 93 ls400 makes a distinct straining sound as though there is little or no powersteering fluid..however the level is fine..the prior owner said he had the power steering pump replaced about 2 years ago. from appearances it looks like the silver paint is peeling off of the power steering pump. any suggestions ? or do you all think that it's the power steering pump again?
