Brake Light Bulbs Replacement ?

my taillamp indicator light is on, I checked the brake light, i found that 1 of the brake light is off. then I replace with new bulbs and check the brake light again and taillamp incicator go away, and the brake light is back on, but as soon as I start the engine and step on the brake the indicatior light came on again, then the same bulbs burn out again. what should I do :( :(
