gleas
All but the audio button on the factory installed navigation unit was working. Unfortunately according to Lexus it would take replacing the whole unit over $1000. We've purchased a navication unit out of another 2003 es300 but now don't know how to remove the trim kit to swap the units. You will have to put the shifter in low gear to do so, so set your parking brake and turn your key. Next, you have to remove the climate control which just pulls out. There should be 4 bolts holding your CD player in. Remove the 4 bolts and then pull out. Two of the bolts are hard to see, you might want to have a flash light handy to see.
