Speaker Replacement - Component Or 2-way

Hey Guys

I need to replace the front speakers in my '96 LS400. They are the 5 1/4inch ones from the standard "Premium Sound System"

Now i'm normally a 'separates' guy so i'm leaning towards Component but i'm not sure how easy it is to get to the tweeter?

If i wussed out and went with 2-Way i assume i'd have to disconnect the existing tweeter is this right?

Crutchfield currently has

Kicker KS5.2 Components for $60

Blaupunkt GTc542 Components for $80

OR 2-Way

Sony GT1325A $60

Boston Acc S55 $100

Any help would be greatly appreciated
