Failed My Emission Lexus Sc400 1993 Need Help!

So the reading were

HC 124ppm where only 108 allowed

CO 1.86% where only 0.60 allowed

NOX 73.1 ppm 751.0 allowed so it passed that

CO2 13.71 $ which means the Cats are working good.

Any advice??

My friend bought a can of something at walmart or auto parts that's supposed to help your car pass. It worked on an old S10 truck with a buttload of miles on it. Your close to passing, so it might work. You add it to your gas and drive about half a tank first, I think.

I was looking how to fix that problem ,,, i saw an echeck from 4 years ago and it was great!

I am trying to narrow down the problems so i can have great operation again.

I am changing spark plugs and wires, also fuel filter.

Any advise will be great!!
