97 Es300 Audio Replacement Options?

first i wanna say hello bc i am new to the lexus world. ive been a member for a few months but this is my first post.

got a 97 es300 last year and so far i love it! only thing that bothers me is the audio part. i have the stock pioneer equip. the lcd on my radio is blown, ive dealt with it so far but now its time for a replacement.

couple questions i have about the stock setup. since there is the stock amp, sub, and component system how are these parts replaced? is the amp a direct replacement or is a more complicated wiring set up needed? same with the sub and speakers? i dont know too much about the stock setup as you can see. ive tried to search different forums but with no luck on my specific question. basically im looking into a double din replacement for my stock deck and eventually replacing the speakers, sub and amp.

any help would be greatly appreciated!!
