Weird Selector Dial, 99 Es300

Greetings,

I am new to Lexus, and under my steering wheel, there is a black selector switch. The writing around it must have been worn over the years, but I am not sure if it is to adjust suspension, or something else. Does anyone know for sure ?

It is not in plain view, and I noticed it while changing a fuse.

Cool, thanks. I will need to purchase a wireless remote key before I will have opportunity to use that. Nevertheless, I did find info on this forum, to purchase such as key and low expense!
