Do Lexus/toyota Share The Same Nav Dvd?

I have a 2002 LS430 with original nav (gen 2) dvd, and a 2004 Toyota Sienna with original nav (gen 3) dvd. I am looking to upgrade both. Does anyone know if it's the same DVD since they're the same gen. nav?
