jhm555 Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 I have still not been able to get my sub to work. It does not appear to be torn. Are there fuses to the sub that may be blown and if so where are they?
Gaugster Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 I don't know about a fuse but did you try to measure the DC resistance of the subwoofer. At the terminals your can check to see of the voilcoil is broken. The resistance value you should measure should be written on the speaker somewhere. I would guess is would be between 4 to 8 ohms. Sorry but I don't know much about your problem so I am just taking a guess as to what you could try next.
