I Found Obd2 Connector On 94 Es300 And Get Code P0510

SO i hooked up my obd2 scanner tool to the obd2 connector below the instrument panel and it read code p0150 - closed throttle position switch.My question is how do i resolve this? ANyone?

oops sorry youre right the code is p0510, closed throttle position switch malfunction. SO what can I do to fix it? Thanks for any input.
