2000 Es300 - How To Remove Stuck Ashtray

Hi,

My ashtray is stuck. When I push in on it it does not open. Anyone know how to remove (and repair) this?

once you remove center top by transmisiion shifter(use flat screw driver to pop), you will see two screws.
