How Do You Change Foglight Bulbs On '96 Gs300

One of the foglight bulbs on my '96 GS has burned out. The lights are really buried down in the corner of the bumper and it is not real obvious how to get to the bulb to change it. Can someone give me directions on how to change it? The Owners Manual is no help at all.
