03 Es With No Sound (sometimes)

I have an 03 Lexus with NAV / Levinson sound. the radio has a mind of it's own, sometimes there is sound other times there isn't. The display is always on, and the NAV voice always works. I have checked all fuses. I thought that it might reset if I disconnected the battery,but it did not. Any help would be appreciated.

1. Check diagnostics.

2. How do I check diagnostics? Pay $10 to get get 1 days access to Technical Information Systems (TIS). This allow you unlimited access to learn how to diagnose your vehicle and download wiring diagrams.

3. Or visit a Lexus dealership to have them diagnose the vehicle.
