js0873
I have a 1998 ES300 with the Nakamichi stereo system and I'm looking to put a Parrot CK3200LS Bluetooth in it to automatically mute the stereo when a call comes in. Circuit City says they need a harness kit for the installation (as opposed to splicing the wires), but I've been unable to locate one anywhere. Does anyone know where one is, or have others simply spliced the wires?

Does anyone know where one is, or have others simply spliced the wires? Circuit City wants more money for harness and install of said harness. Splice carefully, soldering lightly to secure the splices followed by shrink tube over each splice. Tet also have those connectors that you place the wires in the center and then squeeze with wrench to create contact. Solder and shrink tube never did me wrong and you might be able to build your own harness with the help of radio shack.
