Anyone know what could be causing this and/or whether it's something I should look into. You ABSOULUTLY should not be smelling gas with the hybrid. They are designed to release as few unburned hydrocarbons as possible. It even pump out the fumes from empty tank before it will let you access to remove the gas cap.
