18 Inch Gs 300 G-spider Rim. Tire Replacements?

Does anyone have a replacement tire suggestion for 06 AWD GS300 with the 18 Inch G-spider Upgrade rims?

It currently has Dunlap Sp Sports P245- 40R18 93V. I live in michigan so I need some sort of snow traction.

The ride also seems kind of hard compared to the stock wheels I used when I had a loaner car.

Also the steering wheels seems to pull when stopping at a light. Is this a tire,rim or alignment problem.
