smooj Posted October 4, 2007 Share Posted October 4, 2007 I have a1996 es300 and have read that the top speed is caped at like 137 or something like that. i was wandering how i can take off or over ride it. im figuring its done by the computer. is there a chip i can get thT WILL work????
