Does Anybody's Is Have Plastic Underbody Panels?

Long ago I saw a photo with captions in French illustrating the plastic underbody panels that streamlined the bottom of the car to the airflow. Were any IS cars ever delivered to the USA with those panels? I was at a dealership yesterday and not one IS had any (just under the engine bay only).
