How Do I Get My Rear Speakers Out

I have a 92 es300 and i dont know how to get the rear speakers out to put new ones in. do the speaker covers come off somehow? or do i have to take the back seat out and take the entire panel off? thanks

Go to www.carstereoremoval.com and click on Lexus, model and year and for a well spent $4.99 you can get detailed pictures and instructions. I used it for my RX300and they were spot on... saved a TON of time. Good luck. shovel99 ;) ;)
