Loss Of Engine Power

I have an LS 400, 1992 with tons of miles. A few months ago I replaced the water pump, timing belt etc. Has run and driven great since then. Drove the car last night with no sign of a problem. Get in this morning to drive and it is running like a 4 cylinder. No power, will hardly rev while in neutral. Seems like it is only running on half of the cylinders but it still runs smoothly.

Is there someplace to start looking?

Maybe a coil or something?

It will sit and idle smoothly but sounds like a Honda car or something...

Thanks in advance,

Kevin

Edit: I think its the ignition coil. I checked with a timing light and half of the plug wires are not showing power. So where is this coil located on the drivers side?
