Code 22= Closed Or Short Circuit For 3 Position Selenoid

the car has more than 220,000 miles, engine about 110,000.

intermitent braking problems, code 22= closed or short circuit in 3 position selenoid circuit for left front wheel.

replaced the caliper and pads, bled the line to that wheel but still braking when it wants to. all the wheels lock up, btw.

i am looking for a used abs actuator and relay but hard to locate.

any ideas? solutions from those in the know would be helpful.
